The office reviews freight to your Cancun destination after confirming the order details. Provide the full address and postal code and explain any receiving restrictions. Ask which transport, customs, duties, taxes and final-delivery responsibilities are included in the written arrangement. These are not included automatically in the online product estimate.
Arrange your own installer in Mexico. Before ordering, have that person review the product drawings, mounting surface and required hardware. For motorized rolling shutters, confirm the specified electrical and control requirements with the installer. We do not provide installation.
